GROUPS: Do you want to connect with others in a more intentional & valuable way?

I offer a lightly structured group that consists of a mix of individual and group dialogue focused on 3 areas: Awareness, Letting Go, & Clarity. During the coaching portion of the group, I will use multiple skills & techniques from my 10+ years experience as a group facilitator to support members in working through challenges and finding freedom, next steps, or both. In groups, we can experience being human, being seen and the shared relief that we are not alone. As well-meaning as our friends and family can be, sometimes being supported by people that are outside your immediate circle is what is needed. Groups can be particularly effective in offering the kind of safe, private space we need to share what you are experiencing and see a situation with renewed clarity & freedom that often leads to natural next steps.

For me, reaching out for group support was one of the biggest turning points of my life. I was awed by how something as simple as sharing myself in a safe environment had the power to alter the trajectory of my life, break negative patterns, and spark the courage to be open, connected and authentic.

*In order to participate in these groups, I require that all new members must have an initial call (free of charge) with me first. I prefer to get to know potential members before officially inviting them to the group in order to make sure that it is a good fit for everyone involved.
